Our product list consists mainly of feta cured in brine with a choice of either 3, 10, or 11 kg pails. 
We also offer feta in (on-average) 14 kg vacuum-packed blocks.  There are a variety of types available in the blocks (only) such as regular cow feta, light cow feta, goat feta, sheep feta, herb and garlic flavors, tomato basil flavors, oregano and garlic flavors, olive feta, and peppercorn, as well as shredded feta for both retail and commercial use.

We also offer Gouda which we make using a original Dutch recipe.  It is usually not waxed but we do vacuum pack it.  There are a variety of flavors available in this as well such as Regular (Mild and Medium), Jalapeno, Cumin (Spiced), Dill and Italian Spiced.
